GRP Sheet and GRP Panels
GRP sheet & GRP Panels are manufactured to customer requirements with a variety of resins for usage in general purpose, high temperature and chemical environments. GRP sheet is made using hand lay production on purpose made fibreglass moulds in a controlled environment. The raw materials of the GRP sheet are typically resin, 450g or 600g chopped strand mat (woven roving cloth can be added for extra strength if needed) and Gelcoat. GFP manufacture Polyester and Vinyl Ester GRP / Fibreglass sheet to the relevant British Standards.
It is available in various thicknesses from 3mm up to 12mm with a smooth gelcoat high gloss or matt finish to one side and a self glass or flow coat textured finish to the reverse. Other finishes like gritted and flow coated can be custom made to specific customer requirement. All BS 4800 and 5252 or RAL colours are available. A Colour Match service for the GRP sheet panels are also available on request.
