GRP architectural chimney and coping plinth projectArticle Date: 24/08/2014 GFP Engineering Ltd have supplied GRP chimney mouldings and coping plinths to the roofline of an iconic building in Royal Leamington Spa. The mouldings we created using the original heavy concrete plinths and chimney pots which had seriously deteriorated over 30 years and were crumbling and a in danger of falling on the public below. The result was lightweight a GRP structure which not only looks great and will last 40 years, was easy and safe to install for the contractors. GFP are adept in any challenge involving recreation of architectural products, using the exact detail of existing structures.
